Hi! Im a mommy of two beautiful girls,25 years old, I work full time, and workout 6x a week. I try to eat healthy but my current enemy is the damn halloween candy
also I am constantly hungry. I am 27% body fat, my goal is 17%
I am looking for new friends who are in the same situation, or who WERE in the same situation with similar goals and maybe some advice, I think I mostly need dieting advice. I know what to avoid but I swear I never feel full anymore, I have a personal trainer who suggests I stay around 1500 but she doesnt give me a meal plan or anything.
I went from 205(pre pregnancy) to 131 then had my second daughter gained 50lbs got to 180 and now I'm at 148 10 months after having my second.
