  • The soup sounds amazing. I don't have time to make soup at the moment, but for anyone in the UK I can 100% recommend the New Covent Garden Skinny Goa Chicken and Lentil soup. It really is delicious, filling AND low cal (I struggle to tick all 3 boxes at lunch!)
  • I think you are incredibly brave to be so honest - not just with yourself, but with strangers - on Day One. You can do it girl... I'm in the UK, but happy to buddy up and support each other. Loving food is tough! I'm on Day 3 and trying to find positives each day in the things that i do, eat etc... I'm with the post above…
  • That sounds delicious... I'm afraid I tend to just go with low cal soups a lot of the time. I'm so busy I haven't had time to make them recently, but they aren't expensive and at least I'm being good - lunch is DEFINITELY the toughest meal of the day for me.

  • I find it impossible to give up everything at once - and it looks like you are making lots of really healthy changes! I was in a hotel with work last night and went out for food... consciously thought of MFP and went to Nandos - just 1/4 chicken with mixed salad (no dressing) and corn on the cob (no butter). It was…
  • Hey guys - That is completely me. I get into it, log well, see the results.... and then I get lazy! This time I am going to DO IT!!! Sarah x
  • Hi Reneey - I've tried this before and it worked, but i've been lazy and I need to get back to this. I want to lose 1stone in weight before the end of the year. Fancy working together to motivate each other, have a giggle and to share ideas? Sarah x
  • I'm with many of your here that walking is a great way to get some exercise and to get some fresh air at the same time... I live in London in a pretty urban area, but it's amazing what you see when you open your eyes and actually look at what is around you - that's what motivates me to get out and about. From experience,…
  • That's awesome! Really motivating to see :-)
  • Hey guys, I really need this - I've used this site before with success, but over the last 6 months I've put on over a stone and have bought bigger sized trousers (which i promised myself I wouldn't do) because I felt horrible in my normal clothes. I need to get back to basics; proper eating, exercising and definitely…
  • Prison Break was great, and if you like historical things The Tudors was amazing!!! Jonathan Rhys Meyers kept me swooning for weeks!!!
  • Inspiring posts... I'm ok at cutting back on food most of the time, but I really struggle not to have a glass of wine followed by a second...
  • Wow! Congrats! That is incredible and so so motivating! Thank you so much for sharing. Sarah x
