I weigh myself everyday but my "Weigh In Day" is Monday morning when I wake up. I like to see where I am at every morning but I know that there are fluctuations each day so I find that the 1 day a week (same time/day every week) is the best measure of where I am at overall.

Welcome! I definitely think that the food diary has been the best thing for me. It keeps me in check and I have seen a lot of success when I am logging everything I eat. The days that I don't usually are terrible... Good luck, you can do this!

I know its been said already, but for me having a game plan of what my meals for the day will be has been a HUGE help. I also force myself to list absolutely everything I eat. I have found that watching my daily allowance drop from something I ate on a whim really gets me to stop. Occasionally I do let things get away from…

Welcome to MFP! I think it is fantastic that you know what success feels like (congrats on the 157!!!!)! I was able to lose about 20 pounds a few years back, but it slowly crept back. I find that the support here makes a ton of difference and I know you will be successful again!!!
