Yes recommend this workout. I have a bad knee and able to do this. Sometime I have to use modifier but who cares I'm still burning calories

Lost 14lbs in 2 months... I ate around 1500 plus exercise 6 days piyo. I'm about start my second around. Oh I'm not clean eater just try make healthier chooses when going out to eat. I still enjoy cookie here and there too.

congratulations! It great see someone with a similar body type. I restart this year and only 34 days in am down 6 lbs so far(159 today :blush: ). You give me hope I can reach my goal!
