Tummy tuck or no?
What do y'all think? Should I consider a tummy tuck or should I pass ? Yes I could lose alittle more weight but I am in range for my height. Only difference I think I see will be just thinner hanging skin.

Suggestions for decrease body fat %
Not sure what my body fat percent is but I know I could lose some. What is the best method of exercise to help lower it? I'm almost at my goal weight(5lbs shy) so I wanted to start focusing on getting fit.

heavy lifting; how long till i see scale go down?
i been lifting heavy for 6 weeks and yes the scale went up 4lbs but i have lost inches which makes me happy! i just wondering how long does it take before i see the numbers on scale go down? not that it really matters end weight as long im in healthier fat % which im not right now im in 30%. fat. i know everyone different…
