I'm 5'2"Started out 166lbs have gotten down 130 as my lowest but gain back 3 lbs. my goal 125lbs right now may go little lower after I reach, see how look and feel.

Trying get my lower back to match upper and same goes for back of my thighs to match the front lol... I know you can't isolated fat so squat, squat, lift and eat with my range.

Look at your past weight in on fitness pal. If you ever put a weight in past lower, would be why it showing this.

Being told your to skinny hurt just as much being told your fat... Just had talk with some friends about this double standard that it ok walk up and tell someone their to skinny but you can't say someone is fat without people get all upset. Neither should be done. If you worried about someone health go them privately not…

5'2" 166 Jan 15' to 130 Jan 16 Didn't exercise much and all I did was eat in my calories range.

Thank you all! I know need up my protein intake(work in progress). I have up my calories since I'm close to goal(-.5) every 2 weeks. I'm going start lifting soon. I see my doctor Thursday for a yearly well check up. So I can't wait to hear what she thinks of my weight lost.
