MFP has helped me gain control of my calories and has taught me how to properly fuel my body. I am stronger, leaner and more determined than ever! I am so happy to start this year where I WANTED to be last year. Keep striving forward everyone!

2015: 148lbs and 28% bodyfat
2016: 127lbs and 17% bodyfat

:D Happy and healthy new year to all!

Nice job! It's obvious that you've spent time lifting weights and it has really paid off. If you don't mind me asking, how much time per week did you lift? Did you do any cardio?

Hey there! I weight train 3-5 times a week and add a little cardio 2 times a week. Each session is about an hour- an hour and a half. :)
Thanks for your support and encouraging words! :D

Looking fantastic!! I'd like to know if you followed a specific lifting program or made your own? Your food intake must be fabulous too, very low body fat!
