A year but I did slow down once I hit close to a healthy range. You may lose faster if you give up some food I couldn't. The way I look at it, if I can lose weight and still enjoy my favorites but have lose slowly then that okay.

Lost 35lbs 2015 and ran my first half marathon... New goals for 2016 would be lose another 11lbs, tone up and train for a marathon and hopefully run one before the end of the year.

When I was 160's I wear 10 to 8 in jeans and m/l. Im a hourglass shape. So now at 136 I'm size 4 and small shirt

I started right at same weight and started out eating 1500 and every 10lbs I drop down 100 calories. I'm at 136 right now and eat between 1200 to 1300. In past I tried start out low calories and failed. You may be different but I wanted let you know my experiences. good luck!

Yes! I've lost 30lbs since mid January. I just got in a healthy bmi first time since having my kids. Truely the only thing I can say I cut out would be sodes(wasn't big fan anyways). I will say I try make better chooses but I love my snack cakes, chocolate and pizza. I always make them fit in my calories and macro. As I…

Congrats! I too manage to go on a 4 day trip without gain. I am more nerves for our week long trip coming up but plus side of it we will be staying one place and buying grocery. Something about beach make me hungry lol all that water is what I blame.

I have say I just made it a habit to work out same time a day. Within 2 weeks I starting telling a differences. I followed the macros guideline and set my calories to what program set me as. Then ate within those two setting what I wanted as long I hit close to my macros

I used their calorie calulation and set my macros on what the program suggestion then ate within that limits. I reset after ten pounds. I stared seeing results within 2 weeks and I highly suggest measuring during the process!

You look great! I'm 5'2" my first goal is 134 but really want down to 124. It great see someone close height and body type. Currently 148...
