45 pounds gone and counting ;)

5 months ago I started tracking what I ate. I never thought I ate a lot of calories. But once I had a few weeks of history to look at I was surprised that I consumed more calories than I thought and that it was all horribly unbalanced. Sodium intake for example was through the roof. I made all the adjustments necessary to bring all those numbers down to below my daily target and have watched the pounds disappear. I do follow and read a lot of what is posted here and I find it inspirational. So....my first post ;)
