    Fitness/Health Goals: to complete at least 20 minutes of cardiovascular exercise each day.

    I would like to note that although my goal weight might appear too low, I am very short and at such a weight I will still be considered a healthy BMI.

    Fitness/Health Goals: I want to stick to my calorie intake goals, work on my 30 minute walking videos every day, my body strength training program (30 mins every week day), and at least do 2 hikes during the next month. I also want to increase how much water I drink.

    I'm in! Look forward to this challenge as it will help keep me accountable. I am also starting the Michelle Bridges 12WBT (kicks off tomorrow) which should also help me stay on track with weight loss and fitness. Best to everyone !
