Let's do this! June 7th is my birthday so this will be a great bday present to me. Is it a huge biggie if i don't weigh in weekly? I have been weighing in 1x month so i stay focused and don't obsess on that blessed number. If this is a deal breaker for this challenge, let me know please.2

I understand. Because this is a group challenge and the idea is to be able to discuss with eachother how we're doing and motivate eachother to continue pushing toward our goals...You do not have to post your weight every week, but I suggest you still participate in weekly updates about how you're feeling and how well you've been able to stick to whatever plan/goals you have. :-)1 -

For this challenge, all you have to do is comment on *this post* your new information every Sunday from May 1st-June 5th...and to add friends: click on someone's username, then click their picture. After that- you'll see a little picture of a blue person with a plus sign, click that. You have the option to write a message to that person, but you don't have to. Click the little check-mark at the top and that sends the friend request-(and message if you write one) :-) feel free to add/message me!0 -
