Everybody knows when they've fallen off the wagon or are in a slump. I would only respond constructively if they straight up asked in a bewildered fashion...such as "I don't know why I am not losing, here's what I am eating. Does anyone have some ideas? People dealing with food and weight can be fragile beings.

Hi There! I am new again too. Sigh. But I want, and believe, this time can and will be different. I need to stay connected so each day is like the first day, and not begin to drift into isolation when I eat something I really shouldn't have, am embarrassed and ashamed and then become depressed just to start that negative…
