I usually use gum to combat the hunger cravings. Just chew right up until I brush my teeth, then head to bed, and I'm asleep before I feel hungry again.

I ate my exercise calories back and still lost weight. However, I never exercised to the point where it made a hugely significant difference in my daily caloric totals. Generally a couple hundred calories, a couple days a week.

Eh what the hell. I've put six months into this, and I'm the skinniest I've ever been. I'll throw my hat into the ring. Definitely wouldn't consider myself hot but I"ll let other people be the judge.
