I have the same problem. I had issues with my right knee but now my left knee is acting up. May have to do with some sciatic issues. I'll try coral calcium. I also heard Noni juice helps.

Great advice...so this means I have to get rid of the snacks I keep in my drawer... I'll try it for 3 days like you advised and see how it goes. If I don't have the shakes or mood swings I'll know it's do-able :) Thanks again for the advice!

I was wondering about this the other night actually. I have a sweet tooth as well though I don't eat sweet in abundance. I just like having them around if I get a hankering for them. My question is, can you possibly make this in a blender?

My mom has elevated cholesterol levels and mine are slightly elevated. We stick to egg substitutes but mostly the egg whites in a carton. One egg yolk has 200-215 mg of cholesterol which doesn't seem like much but if you eat a 4 egg omlette every day for breakfast it adds up. Here's an article from the mayoclinic I found…

Never heard of it but after looking at the site the only thing they offer at the time is the replay which is the watch you have to buy. It's cheap but if I wanted to try it out I'd wait for app for android. I'm also bumping :)

I do that with Subway too. I found out a kids meal at subway is about as much as a 6in sub but I get to choose healthy sides like sliced apples or yogurt and water or juice. Blackforest ham, turkey or roast beef comes in at about 180 calories, 2.5 grams of fat and 10 grams of protein.
