I only completed the first phase, but yes, I did lose about 5 pounds.

If you decide on going to Subway, get one of the whole grain bread selections, a lean meat, lots of veggies, and mustard of vinegar as your dressing. Something low calorie and low in fat.

Some days, with work included, I burn 1,500 calories. So like I said before, I am going to start out with 1,400 calories and work my way up if needed. :)
