1,200 Calories. Too high or too low?
My goal for the day is 1,200 calories. Should I eat less or more to lose weight faster? I work out for 90 or more minutes 5 times a week.

Looking to lose twenty pounds by Christmas.
Hi, I am a nineteen year-old girl looking to lose some weight. I am not that big, about 139 pounds and I am 5'1". But I am not happy with how I look, so I made a myfitnesspal to try and track my progress and help me attain my goal. If anyone has any tips or advice, by all means, let me know!
