Muscle does not weigh more than fat. 1 lb of muscle weighs the same as 1 lb of fat but it takes up less space in your body. Just like 1lb of feathers(fat) is the same as 1lb of brick(muscle) but it takes a lot more feathers to make a pounds than it does brick.

I jsut started Turbo Fire yesterday and I love it!! The music just keeps you pumped the whole time!! The more you do it the better you will get at it. I did Turbo Jam first so most of the moves I already knew they are just at a much faster pace than TJ. I would love to friends and we could motivate each other!!

I just started Turb Fire too and I just created my own exercise and named it the same as the workout (FIRE30) that way it will be there everytime I do it. Then I log the calories I burned from my HRM.

If you're talking about only eating one full meal a day and just snacking the rest of the day then just be careful that you record EVERYTHING becuse you can easily go over board on snacking. I do three meals and 2-3 snacks per day. Also be sure you are getting fruits and veggies so that are sure to get the nutrients that…

Cycling is the only thing that has helped me slim mine down. Squats and lunges seemed to make them bigger but thats probably all in my head! When I started cycling they really slimed down and have REALLY toned up.

Starting Turbo Fire tomorrow and I am so excited!! I'll do my 15 mile bike ride in the morning and then Fire 30/Stretch 10 in the afternoon!! Woohoo!!!

It's because MFP doesn't differentiate between natural sugar in things like fruit and added sugar in things like cereal. So what I do is take my sugar total and subtract my fruit sugar from it and that gives me my total sugar for the day. Hope that helps!!

You can manually change your settings under food-settings-goals-manual or you can just add breastfeeding under your exercise and 200 burned and then it will add 200 to your day. Hope that helps!

It means if you ate the exact same thing, did the exact same workout and burned exactly the same amount of calories everyday in 5 weeks that is an estimate of what you will weigh.

For that price you would probably come out better just ordering the DVD's online. That way you can do them as much as you want and when it's convenient for you!

So glad you are ok and I always wear my helmet no matter how long or short the ride. I also agree you NEED a ROAD ID braclet. They start at only $15 and I think all cyclist should have one. Again glad you are ok!! Thanks for sharing.
