I am a cyclist and if you are using MFP to calculate your calories burn and eating back those calories you are probably eating too much back. So maybe try cutting what MFP say in half. I use a HRM on my bike and MFP is usually way more than what it says. Hope that helps!!

I don't know what type of work out you do but a rest day is just as important as working out. It gives your muscles time to repair themselves and also your muscles retain water when you work them out so if you don't give them rest they will continue to retain water. Try a couple days of rest and drink plenty of fliuds and…

LMBO!!!  I don't know what kind you had but it was not the kind I eat. I eat OIKOS with caramel on the bottom and it is AWESOME!!! Taste like a dessert to me. Just try another kind because I don't like all of it myself!! Sorry you had a bad experience!!

Probably all the syrups they use are about the same calorie wise so I would just take one flavor and enter it in whatever size you got. ( Lg watermelon slush) Hope that makes since!!

I find that every 10 lbs I lose my body goes through an adjustment phase and I won't lose any weight for about 11/2 -2 weeks and then I start back losing again. I would say give it time and maybe try a new exercise if you do the same thing every day. Good luck!

Pretty much all the Polar ones are really. Just be sure to get one with a chest strap.

I agree getting your bike properly fitted is the key. My first bike I bought from someone and never had it fitted and I had the same problem but when I bought my new bike I told them at the bike shop that I was having that problem so they made sure to fit it to properly and I don't have that anymore. I rode 53 miles today…

You can always go online and check out their menu and calories for all their food. Then you can plan ahead what you want to order, enter it into your food diary and then you will know what you have to work with for the rest of the day. You can still eat out but planning ahead is the key. Good luck on your journey and happy…

I do and I love it!! Cycling can be just as high intensity as running and it's a great calorie burner. You can also add me if you're looking for cycling friends.

I'm in too!!!

I would say no. I'm no expert by any means but I don't think it will totally hinder your progress. I usually don't track anything that is not "planned" exercise and so far I've been ok.
-
You can always create an exercise and then it will always be there for you.

You can always go online and check out the menu and nutrition fact before you go. That way you can look at everything and have a plan of attack early. As always when you think seafood think SALTY!!! So drink PLENTY of water today, more than on normal days. Don't be surprised if you still have like a .5-1 pound gain in the…

Hi and welcome aboard!! I also have a sweet tooth but I have found some great yogurts and fruit has helped a lot. Feel free to add me as friend if you like. Good luck on your journey!!

Well at least now you can monitor it and do better. Just be sure to drink TONS of water to keep it flushed out!!

Thanks guys!! I guess patience and continuing is the key. I do pyramid my weights and 85-95-105 is my last and highest weight and I do use a spotter. I'm probably not getting enough protein and that's one thing I know I need to work on. I'll try the shoulder shrugs and patience, patience, patience. @koosdel-thanks for…

I won't put up a bikini pic because MFP might just kick me off for this awful body but give me a few months and I'll be showing my biker legs!! Guys you just keep it coming and I'll keep looking!!

Another cyclist here!! I love riding and I've rode almost 800 miles so far this year. I have a Trek 2.1 WSD road bike. I usually ride about 15-20 miles most days of the week and Saturday is my long day about 50-70 miles. Hoping to do a century ride this year. As the weather continues to warm up I'll ride about 200 miles a…
