It really depends on who you talk to... P90x/insanity recommends 50% protein, 30 carb, 20 fat. Less extreme is a 40 protein/ 40 carb/ 20 fat for higher cardio workout days. You can Fiddle with the numbers all you want, protein protects lean muscles, etc. I am eating 50/30/20 right now with the best results I have ever had.…
