  • Sam Adams makes a pumpkin ale and so does Blue Moon, I think. It's beer with a pumpkin flavoring. Very good, the Sam Adams Pumpkin Ale is the best. I love it.

  • Congratulations, that is a great accomplishment. I have been using Myfitnesspal to maintain since I hit my target and it has kept me on track! I started with 5k's moved to 10k's last year and not onto my first half, running as you will see is addicting! You look great, keep up the good work.

  • I run and I am currently training for my first half marathon! Just started running two years ago, at age 36, never had the urge to run until one day I thought why not! I set mini goals for myself, a 5k, 10k or now a half marathon! Good luck.
