  • I think you were fine to keep going, as long as you weren't wasting time taking selfies or texting haha. Strange he didn't ask how many sets you had left and just sat there and waited for a bit.
  • Wow! That is great. I find the rower very challenging. I tend to doing a km as fast as I can and then move on to an exercise routine. But that km is getting easier.
  • I think it's good to log so I can see exactly what the damage was and to remind myself just how calorie dense but nutrient deficient these foods are.
  • Hi, I'm 160cm (5'2) and 56kg (123lbs). I'm hoping to trade some body fat weight for muscle and see some more shape. I just really need to stop binge snacking. Feel free to add me as a friend to help me stay accountable to myself and everyone else.
