I use Isopure Zero Carb whey, for each serving it's 50g of protein, 0 fat, and 0 carbs.. So far I've only used Vanilla, it tastes pretty good imo

Adding a vote for getting a food scale.. I was shocked at the difference between what I thought I was eating vs what I was *really* eating when I started using one (example, i thought my cups were more or less 8oz, turns out they're closer to 16oz.. So every time I thought I had a cup of milk I was really having two, etc)

My favorite quick breakfast is a half a cup of oatmeal with a scoop of banana protein powder mixed into it.. Takes about two minutes and keeps me full most of the day

I'm on W3D2 and am doing a 5K in November. I had never run before this so I completely freaked out after I finished yesterday's run, first time in my life that I've run 3 minutes straight without anything chasing me!!
