So far so good... i have to modify lots... hard to do some of her moves with the weight I am at. Hoping to complete it and try it again later on. I haven't dropped lots of weight so far or inches... hoping it's coming. I hear you see most of the changes in Phase 2

I am on week 3. OUCH!! having issues walking today!! Workout 3 was HARD for me!! I had to stop alot!! Workout 4 seemed easier. Tonight is cardio.. PHEWW!! At least I am used to that one!!! i just did workout 3 for the first time last night. WOWZERS!!! She really stepped it up! I am afraid for tonight workout 4!!!

I have done the couch to 5k program on my treadmill... on week 9 this week. And have had no issues with anything.

I am going to be doing week 9 next week. the LAST week!!! I have started my first time (this is my 3rd attempt) 250lbs+. The program is great. I can now run 28 min without stopping. Next week will be 30 min. I never was able to run 10 sec without stopping. It's amazing!

Hey guys, I just bought the program and have started on Monday. So far so good. Tonight is cardio night... hopefully I can keep up! I am also doing Couch to 5k program. I find MFP calories are very exagerated... I use my HRM...

I looked at Amazon before ordering and it was more expensive...I am from Canada... I am just so frustrated. I will email them again on Monday as it will be exactly 4 weeks since they said they sent it. What awful customer service. And the tracking doesn't work because I am from Canada is what they told me ... then fix it!

Interesting! I find that I am freezing ALL the time... i have a sweater on at work all the time... I thought I was going crazy!! I used to be the one telling my parents to turn their AC on if I go visit them in the summer because I am so hot... now I go there with a sweater on...
