As others have said you need to get rid of the unhealthy things you are snacking on. If you can't bring yourself to throw them out, just eat them up and get it over with, then do not buy them anymore. I was always an evening snacker. Still am, but it is fruit, or a healthier alternative snack.

The last time I had the same problem I ended up having brain surgery.... however I would imagine it is some sort of caffeine or sugar withdrawal.

Great points. But, how much would you have lost without the soda in you day? I cut it almost completely and have lost nearly 100 lbs. :)

I would limit it to even less than that. The sweetener in those sodas (Aspertame or something like that) will cause you to retain water. There are a myriad of other concerns with diet sodas, but I don't pretend to know them all. I used to drink 3-4 Diet Pepsi's, 20 oz bottles, per day. Some days even more. Now, maybe once…

The more you weigh, the higher your BMR. My calories are over 2000, but I weigh 350 pounds.

I never pay attention to the doctor scales. Even if my scale at home is off, it will be off every time I weigh in. So the amount lost is what I watch.

We are raising our own goats for meat. Also have a black angus calf in the paddock as well.

As I mentioned, I love the stuff. I learned how to make a pretty solid Mexican seasoning mix that I use to cook homemade tacos or chili. I can control what goes into everything and keep the numbers reasonable.

Mexican food is my favorite when going out to eat. However, the sodium is absolutely ridiculous. We always go out to eat on the Friday nights that I meet a mini-weight loss goal. I forgo all my inhibitions and just enjoy the treat. I loves me some Mexicans foods.

I have used their salad dressings. They taste great and are zero calories. However, I gave them up because the sodium count is very high compared to other dressings. I still have some unopened bottles in the pantry.

I didn't have that problem when my son was playing baseball for two teams at the same time. BUT, I just wanted to say that you need to make sure you treasure every hot, sweaty, long, mosquito ridden inning because in 15-20 years you will wish you could do it all over again. And spit sunflower seed shells at other parents.…

I want to reach and blow right past the 100 pounds lost mark. Maybe hit 110 lost, so 22 pounds lost for the month... kinda steep tho.

I am under my calorie goal by a bunch a few times a week. But I get right up against the goal on other days. I have gone a week of not coming within 100 calories of the goal and have had no problems. Don't sweat it, eat when you are hungry.

1. I am 48 2. An Apple A HUGE, grotesque apple. 3. I have lost a majority of my weight when I exercise.But I know I can take some time off from the gym (currently about 3 weeks) and continue to lose.

Not really anything I would consider old. I do keep my clothes for 2-3 years and wear the hell out of them. I still wear a pair of bibbed overalls that I wear 3-4 times a week when I am working around the place. My wife hates them, all ragged at the cuff, so baggy now that I can carry a goat inside the bib. I'll be wearing…

Sodium weight. Drink water, weigh yourself in 3 days.

Family gatherings with a buffet style dinner. Someone always makes a make comment about me eating it all before they get to it. I haven't gone to one in probably 5 years.
