May 27 188 lbs Since May 6 I have lost 4 lbs so far.

Thank you iggyboo93, for spotting a small difference cause I could not. Just to let you know I am also doing these 2 programs slim in 6 and walk at home with Leslie Sansone. I alternate the three and I do take rest days in between.

Truth: I get tired of doing my work-outs, but I push trough it. I can't get any results if I don't push through. Hopefully one day I will enjoy doing my work-out.

I am on my 5th day of the 30 DS, the only problem is that my legs feel heave doing the jumping jacks and the butt kicks, Dose anyone have any advice that will help me doing the jacks and kicks.
