Your motivation should be your 5 year old daughter. Try and go for walks with her play chasing games take her to the park and have fun with her, that way you will start to feel good and start getting healthy and strong; and your next child will come when your body is ready. April 8 Monday - 191 lbs Lost 1 lb so far and I have lost half an inch on my waist and thighs, so I guess it's all good. I still have 7 lbs to reach my goal for the month of April.

True, natural and whole foods are good for you. You can also try more protein it keeps you fuller longer and try smaller portion of food and don't forget plenty of water :drinker: good luck on your journey. Mrs.Biscoe

Like they say take it one day at a time and small changes does help, also try to drink at least 8 8 oz of water :drinker: a day and try to cut any soda out. Good luck on your journey. :flowerforyou:

Sorry I have not weigh in in a while since 1/10 ---- 192 lbs. I did weigh myself on Thursday March 7 192 lbs So I have not change sine then, I will go from here I am stuck any suggestion. I guess I am stuck.

By the end of February I was still 194 lbs. I weighed in March March 1 - 194 lbs March 7 - 192 ibs Started with 2 lbs lost.

I wish I stop yoyoing, I lose 1 or 2 lbs and then I gain 3 or 4 lbs. I wish it would just stay decreasing instead.
