  • I would like to stay consistence with my workouts, and try to lose at least 10 lbs for the month of January. In December I went up and I went down. Oh yea and don't forget the water :drinker: at least 64 oz a day. Good luck to everyone.
  • My starting weight is 193 lbs my weigh in days will be Thursday's Goal weight for end of December is 187 lbs. Dec 6 ---- 197 lbs Dec 13 -- 193 lbs Dec 20 --193 lbs Dec 27 I stayed the same did not gain nor lost, but I was sick for 3 days and did not exercised. So I guess it is all good.
  • Well here we are the end. For me the last two weeks was a little rough, because I ended up getting sick for three days and all I did was sleep. I went to the doctors and I have a sinus infection so she gave me antibiotics and told me to rest, so I have not done to much. I did lose some pounds today I weigh in at 191 lbs…
  • I am in, looking to lose at least 58 lbs to bring me to my goal weight and be in a healthy weight bracket. I plan to drink at least 8 oz glasses of :drinker: water a day, exercise at least 3 -4 times a week. I am ready to get the ball rolling for 2013.

  • On your spreadsheet did you want the weight of the starting month or the weight from when I started my logging with mfp.
  • I weighed in on Thursday 11/29 and I lost 1 lb for the week. I will weigh in on Thursday 12/6. Thursday's is my weigh days so I will post my weight on those days. Good luck to everyone.
  • Doing good so far, been trying to stay under my calories and drinking plenty of water. :drinker: I have been exercising everyday, including my 30 to 40 min walks. I have lost 1 lb this week. yippee ye.
  • I weighed in for this week and I lost 1 lb. I have been walking and doing my aerobics, and step workouts and done my resistance band workout for strength, and oh ya lots of water.

  • I started this morning with Buns of Steel Step workout for 30 mins. I feel good after the workout and drinking water.Good luck to everyone. How is the challenge keeping track of the exercises.
