i started losing weight when pregnant a few years back and a nutritionist told me that there's almost 500 cal in a large banana and a yoghurt so go for it :-)

I used to do that..eat the calories back but a friend of mine who introduced me to this site said..noooooooooooo you're not supposed to do that now i'm not..and i'm seeing results.. but i also exercise 4/5 times a week..

you could also reasses your goals..2000 seems high..mine is 1200 at the moment..at the most its been is 1500/1600

when i was preganat and losing instead of gaining the nutritionist advised me that a yogurt and a banana are almost 500 cal..so i would suggest that..or look at the break down of your nutrients such as protien/calcium and see which are lacking and eat something healthy that fills the gap in those areas..

i hope i didn't miss out on this debate i've thought about this a lot ..if it were true that your body goes into starvation mode when you eat under the required calorie amount and your body stops losing fat and stores it ....why would people with some eating disorders lose so much weight they have to be tube fed?

a lot of water before during and after.. i took 3 days off exercise on my last one cause i was in so much pain and discomfort..take it easy on yourself but still track and try not to go too far overboard

yes definitely sounds like water weight...as someone else had said it takes 3500 to gain or lose a lb..drink alot of water to help shed the excess water..i have to do it every month ;-)

so i just started a monthly unlimeted that i bought on living social for a fraction of the usual price..bikram yoga.so far 3 times this week and loving it!! maybe do 4th day tmrw..the first day i saw results from water weight..i am honestly feeling stronger every time i do it .is that possible? anyhow loving it
