I had a hard time finding it too...... I wound up getting it from Target and Yes, it is worth it. You feel the toning and calories being burned right away!!!! Go for it!

It is Jillian Michaels workout DVD!!! Awesome workout for 24 mins of your day that target your whole body!!! Cardio and strength!!!! I'm on day 10 level 1..... LOVE IT!! I highly recommend it!!!!:bigsmile:

I did switch it up! I was walking for 30 mins a day and jogging 32 flights of stairs through out the day and lost my 24lbs. So I stopped working out for 1 week and started the 30 day shred. I am on day 10 level 1 today and I walk 45 mins 3 days a week!!!! So I don't know......:sad:

Shred is a DVD by Jillian Michaels the Biggest Loser trainer. It's a 24 min circuit workout that targets cardio and strength traing all at once. You do the DVD every day for 30 days. There are 3 levels that you gradually go to when your have endured the previous.

I'm on day 8 of the shred!! I was very intimidated by it because of all of the feed back I've read. But I over came it and am doing it and loving it!!! It's the Jillian Michaels work out DVD. I started it 4 days ago and it kicks butt. It has 3 levels of work outs and you do each level untill you can go to the next and you do this DVD everyday for 30 days straight!!!! After 4days I really feel that if I stick with it for the 30 days straight I will see results! Try it out.…

I too go over in my protein and it does not get in the way of my weight loss. Just remember that you earn some of it back after you excercise!!

You should start dropping a lb or 2 each week and Probably see results around week 5 or 6. But hang in there.

Hey, keep your head up. 27lbs since october is super good. Jus try to look at what you have already lost and not what you need to lose. It really helps. Just keep doing what ur doing and try not to get discouraged because from personal expierence, when discouragment comes so does the food and I give up. Hang in there. You…
