  • I like to drink my protein shakes after I workout, essentially restocking nutrients back into my body. I would agree with other posters, tailor your needs based on your activity. The banana wouldn't hurt as a basis for energy so I think you should continue munching on that.

  • I see you don't have enough protein. At one point, I had too much protein...my guess is probably from too much red meat from what I remember. I usually have string cheese, Greek yogurt on wheat toast, protein smoothies (i use All Pro Science's whey protein powder) or a light amount of eggs.
