  • I think you should let yourself have a cheat meal every once in a while. That way you could eat what you want but in moderation. Hope this helps :)
  • I want to lose weight to gain more self confidence and to become healthier. I want to have a healthier and more active lifestyle. I would also like to prevent any diseases and problems before it is to late.
  • I have a problem eating when i"m bored and sometimes it's emotional eating. Also i have trouble with having smaller portions and learning what the proper portion size is. Also I have been working on drinking more water. Since I started MFP it has gotten a lot better but i still have a long ways to go.
