Stretch before and after any workout to help avoid injury. That trainer is incorrect at that statement. Everything else sounds good.

I really had two reasons. I wanted to live a little longer or at least give myself a chance and I did not want to be an embarassment to my daughter. She is almost 5 and I really needed the strenght and energy to chase her around and do the fun things in life without limitations.

Well I may stop complaining about UML not being enough workout. I did it yesterday and REALLY pushed it to the max and my abs are truly sore today. I enjoyed Sweat 5-6 this morning. I am in week 2 of my new schedule and so far so good.

Day 90 I just demolished Tony Horton in Sweat 3-4. Over these first 90 Days I lost 49 pounds (my goal was 50) and 23.5 total inches. I am feeling pretty good about things. This is my first post here. Today is day 89 for me tomorrow is 90 YES!!!. I had a goal to lose 50 pounds in 90 days, I am a big dude.
