Get a HRM so that you can accurately log the calories. Mfp overestimates by a lot! And then eat them if you like! I think I eat 3/4 of mine generally. But yes!!! Work out! For sure because you are going to have a much better body that way if that's what you're into. And also don't get slack at the weighing and measuring of…

I love the dog part :-)

Hmmm that's so annoying right?! I use spotify and not all apps work with it. It s$/ts me!!

Yep first thing in the morning gets it done. I put on my workout gear as soon as I wake up... Than just walk out of the door! Don't think! :-) or if you're super tired and sleep deprived, sleep, then walk out the door :-)

Yea I'd have to agree. Maybe get a digital food scale, it changed my life lol! I had a standstill for a fair while and it was quite clear once I got a scale I was totally underestimating. So in the couple of weeks I have had the scale I've lost weight! :-)

Yes mean advice is not helpful! Good onya :-) tommorrow is a brand new day brand new start and you can do anything you set your mind to. Dead set! See I sound like a proper aussie there! Maybe do the couch to 5 k again, or I found another called interval run that's pretty good and goes up to 10k. Runkeeper also has some…

That was my first post too lol :-) I eat a lot of mine back it I enter them manually from my HRM as the mfp ones are grossly overestimated :-) good luck

Lol... I just wear massive panties! Massive panties are a sign of success :-)
-
Gahhhh I never got used to it! I just have the odd spoon of organic sugar in my coffee now and think sod it :-)
-
I only used an HRM for running... Not lifting :-)
-
Hit me up too :-)

I've found HRM most accurate so you could just stick to that. Mfp totally overestimates! Don't believe a word! Fitbit is fun though :-)

Aha I've just found out... When you open it up on the main runkeeper page with the gps map... On the right hand side there is a button that says log.. Press it and add run, you can then plug in your time etc and it enters it manually. You can't seem to change the clories though. It did give me less than my HRM by about 80…

The help making brownies from the cat thing has made me lol! There used to be a nurse at work that kept ferrets and used to bring in baked treats... Another nurse said to me.... Don't eat them they will have ferret wee on them!!! That worked! Eat enough so you're not generally hungry and just say no! It's a toughie but…

Well I'm not a boy but my goals have changed as I've gone along. I've just dropped my goal down again recently. I think stages is good. Time frames are another thing. I don't do time frames I see it as an ongoing thing forever so it doesn't matter how long it takes I reckon. It took me 18 months to lose 32 kg. slow n…

Oh and I know not everyone agrees with this and still says they lose weight anyway but I don't eat anything with a barcode! Nothing processed! Eat fresh, if it grows eat it. Eat like the Rastas :-)

I think it's just plain hard work. I agree with upping your calories a bit, there's a million threads on here about that. Read heaps I think it really helped me to understand. All the macro stuff I don't quite get yet but I seem to hit the targets regardless. Are the kiddies little? Can you run with a stroller? Maybe a…

Fitbit is a good start, I really enjoyed mine for a while. Eventually you might move on the other things but it's a great start :-)

Yep got the box and stuff :-) we should start a thing here of passing on things we have outgrown to help other people out. Pass on some kindness and sprinkle it everywhere :-) Everyone feel free to join in :-)
-
I shall put it in the post today. You'll have to reset it up but I think that's probaly easy, I might even have the box! Anyway I shall send what I've got. Got your address :-)
-
Ok it's yours :-)

Or maybe get a fitbit. You should eat more calories if you're breastfeeding.
