47 :-) did not really did get into any sport till my early forties (did go to the gym etc but without conviction or joy most of the time) stumbled across cycling and haven't looked back - yes i do still sometimes put some weight on and no I've been lucky enough to never have to lose more than 15 lb but being here keeps me…

My bras fit again! they were the he main reason i started to get back down to my happy weight and that pair of Ted Baker jeans i got on ebay last year - no muffin top and a compliment form the boyfriend - happy days :-)
