Thank you! Yes, I have been staying static on the weight but I can tell that I feel smaller and obviously the measurements and the photos speak for themselves. Don't worry so much about the weight not going down right away. The inches are melting!!!

Nope - just the 27 minute video! I'm excited for level 2 and 3 - it's gonna be good results. I can just feel it!

I just did the Level 1 video for 10 days, no breaks. I do take my dog on a 15 minute walk in the evening but it's nothing strenuous, just time for us to hang together. I've been eating clean and that makes a world of difference too!

I was supposed to start level 2 today but decided to give myself a rest day between level 1 and level 2. Shall start tomorrow and though Thanksgiving week.

Just finished Day 10 of Level 1. So ready to move on! Will measure, weigh, and take pics tomorrow officially but I've also had a static weight this whole time. For the rows and the chest flys I'm using 8 lb weights. I don't feel it at all without that much weight and might go up to 10 lbs by the end of Level 1 if I need to. I try to do everything else with 5 lbs for at least the first round and drop to the 3 lbs if I need to the second round. A side note on a victory for me - I…

Done with Day 4 of Level 1... can't tell if it's getting any easier. I'm definitely still sweating the same or more! I am finding that I can do a lot of things I couldn't do the first day more often. Like jump rope!
