I'm just not really sure about how to broach the subject, or what to do if she just flat out denies it.

I get sooooo much hungrier throughout the day if I eat breakfast, so I tend to skip it (plus I like to maximise how much sleep I get in the mornings). Also I just think breakfast foods are generally not very appetising... I'd much rather spend the calories on lunch, dinner or an afternoon snack that I actually really like.…

Not me, I just seem to be dreaming of pastries all the time :D

"If hunger isn't the problem then food isn't the answer". And... "You are what you do, not what you say you'll do" :)

I'm in a bit of a similar dilemma. Whilst I'm being successful on my diet I have very little desire to eat any junk, and even if I do crave something I'm able to just have a bit and work it into my daily allowance fine. However, once I've blown my diet (usually triggered by a social occasion) I'm absolutely terrible. I…

Didn't eat any of the masses of pizza my friends ordered because I wasn't hungry and didn't want to blow my plan.

To hit my lowest adult weight again... couple more weeks should do it

Rubbish logic.

You look great! How tall are you? :)

I'm 5'6" and started at 128 pounds, down 10 pounds and my friends have started noticing.

I don't eat breakfast, but my lunch could easily pass for breakfast food. I have two poached eggs on two slices of white toast every day for lunch, with a dollop of tomato ketchup on the side. Comes to about 400 calories, keeps me full for ~6 hours until dinner, and I just adore it haha. (I prefer to eat most of my…

A pan au chocolat and hot chocolate would be amazing right now

Good luck! At least you are still here, and accepting the fact that it was an off-day. A lot of people end up burying their head in the sand and falling off the wagon. Good job!

I've learnt to just keep going. Slip-ups and bad days once in a while literally don't matter at all, as long as you just pick yourself up and recommit and keep going. Life happens sometimes, and I'd rather enjoy those moments and reach my ultimate goal a few weeks later than feel guilty and miss out on things.

I feel most comfortable right around the bottom of the healthy BMI range. I think it depends on your frame, your body composition, and personal preference. Just stop when you feel happy. :)

My mini goal is to get to 116.5lbs (3 lbs to go!), which is my lowest adult weight. :)

I feel lucky in that I don't get excessively hungry at any point throughout my cycle. PMS makes me horrendously bloated though and I feel really awful mentally about four days before my period. So I'm not so lucky in other aspects haha.

I'm 20 years old, got another 8 lbs to lose (about 7 down so far). Feel free to add me :)

My water weight fluctuates pretty wildly around my period. For instance, I ate at maintenance over the weekend, and have gained 4.5 pounds since Friday haha. PMS is such a pain! Just know that if you're sticking to your plan, it is just water weight, and will go away soon :)

Nah. I don't want anyone giving me their (usually incorrect) diet advice. I'd rather just keep it to myself, especially as I don't really have much to lose - there just doesn't seem that much of a point.

I want to hit 8 and a half stone... then I'll be about half way to where I want to be :)

This is the one that bugs me most as well. My friends say it ALL the time. Not only does breakfast usually involve the least appetising foods for me personally (cereal, ewwww), it makes no sense to force myself to have breakfast when I'm not hungry. I'd much rather have a more substantial lunch and dinner.

I only buy single serving sizes of snacks and treats. It's much easier than exercising the self control not to graze on a bigger packet.
