"A man can only give up in two ways if he quits or he dies."-Unknown or ---> Nutrition: "If you can't kill it, grow it or pick it don't eat it."

@Cait: You don't have to be exact. Think of it like your maximum intake for the day. As long as you don't go over the recommended amount then you'll be fine. Don't stress about it too much.
-
@rmikle: Really? Yes. I do lift and I'm a runner so don't need to eat much. Could outrun you in day of the week brah.
-
Hell yeah I'm a runner. First I'll show my stats then I'll give advice. Running: Starting: 15 min/mile Current: 6 min/mile Work Out Distance: 8 miles (4 miles X 2) Longest Distance: 10 miles...so far. Advice: To be good at running you need to practice a few things. 1.) Leg Strength: Any leg exercise will do but leg…

@Wendy: What can I say? Women love drama. LOL. XD

Ironic. I make a post just like this and people cry me rivers of tears but somehow when someone else makes a post it's ok. Anyway staying on topic. I like this. Thanks for being a cool person and contributing when others would just get butt hurt. Much appreciated, :D

Man that sucks. I was really looking forward to playing Star Wars 1313 on PC. Dreams denied. :(

I think for professional reasons you shouldn't have tattoos that go past the shirt sleeve. Me personally I don't care where you get your tattoos just like I said it's just precaution advice.

Jesus Christ none of you know how to read. It's a joke post. >.<
-
@Wolverine666: It's a joke thread. What did I say about taking it too seriously? Read next time.
-
@_Dani: Noticed how I said man card and not woman card. :)
-
Is it some type of joke? Because I don't believe a word of it.

Here's reality: -Life isn't fair. -You got to fight to take you want and you must fight to keep it. (Nobody is going to just hand it to you.) -If you want to make it into one of those elite schools then you must meet their elite qualifications. -Be Assertive. (Don't take no for an answer.) -If your really serious about…

Height: 5 ft 8 inches Heaviest: 287 lbs Lightest (Current): 182 lbs Goal: 170 lbs (How far it takes me to look toned and build a six pack? That's the mystery.)

Pretty body but dumb as a fence post.

The reason why men lose more weight then women is a for a few reasons. 1.) Men have way more testosterone then females which helps to burn more calories really quickly which leads to the greater outcome of losing weight faster then women. 2.) Men don't have to have the burden of carrying children so we don't need the extra…

I just took that test just now. My results. Biological Age: 23 Virtual Age: 5.3 (5) Average Life Expectancy: 74 Expected Life Expectancy: 91.7 (92) Answered honestly and truthfully. :D

@dead: You can get Calcium from eating nuts like almonds. I eat Calcium Tablets (2 tablets/day) without the need to consume lots of fat/sugar from dairy.

Right away I see several flaws. Are you using normal bread instead of flat bread on your Subway Sub? Adding cheese has lots of fat you don't need to be eating. Yogurt has lots of fat/sugar. White rice also a bad choice it's a simple carb and will just store as fat. (Use brown rice or another grain instead.) BBQ Lays Chips…

Well it depends. If you want to build a lot of muscle mass then yes eating a lot is important but if your just looking to slim down then no you don't need to eat a lot. Me personally I eat 1,200-1,300 calories/day and I have no trouble keeping on a decent amount of muscle mass and losing a good amount of weight.
-
If you do a dunk water B.M.I (Body Mass Index) test it's very accurate. I find it gives me the exact amount of weight I would need to lose compared to just guessing where I need to be on the scale.

It does work over time as long you continue to work out hard and diet strictly. I wear my neopryne waist sweat band when exercising and going into the Sauna. It's crazy effective. :O

I only shave my face. I'm a man and wear my hair with a badge of honor. All real men have hair ladies. :D

Your spinal injury will limit you on what you can do. Diet: -Lean Meat: Fish, Chicken, Lamb, Turkey, etc. (Limit your red meat and pork intake to 1 serving/week.) -Complex Carbs: Vegetables, Fruit, Grains, Sweet Potatoes, etc. (Limit the fruit to 1 serving/day because of the excess sugar.) -Fat: Get your fat from…

Yes. I watch it every time it's on. Results the contestants get, the trainers and the activity courses they do keep me watching the show. Though I'm not a fan of the whining sob stories by the contestants my god is it embarrassing. (Grown adults crying. LOL.)

Throw it away. You don't need it. Food is short term pleasure while health is long term success.
-
Not paying attention and not challenging myself hard enough on my work outs where I burnt enough calories off.

@Serena: Yeah it counts. Once a troop always a troop.

PRT (Physical Readiness Test) for the Navy isn't that difficult. All you have to do is push ups, ab curls and run 1.5 miles in 13 minutes or under. Right now I can run 4 miles in 24 minutes and do 100 push ups/100 ab curls. I'm more then prepared to go. I've been at it for several months preparing.
