What was the most calories you've burnt in a single day?
For me I burnt 2,500 calories doing 180 minutes (3 hours) of work in the gym. It was intense. :D Most days I average in between 600-1,200/day depending on what I'm doing. I'm clearly in fat burning mode.

Do you prefer to be ripped or be lean and cut?
Experiencing both sides for me I prefer to be lean and cut. It's expensive to be ripped because you've got to eat a lot of food in order to maintain your muscle mass on top of lifting heavy. Which scale do you think is more accurate?
Balance scale or a weight scale? I prefer a balance scale because I can adjust it more accurately then say a normal weight scale where it's always flip flopping and won't stay at the number when measured for more then once at multiple times of measurement.

16 oz glass X 8 glasses/day = 128 oz 16 oz = 1 pint 4 pints = 1 gallon 128 oz divided by 16 oz = 8 pints (2 gallons of water/day) This includes work outs, meal times, etc. :/
