I did this experiment to myself where I'd weigh myself 3 times during the day to see a difference of the following outcomes.

1.) What would I weigh if I don't eat or drink anything in the morning?

2.) What would I weigh if I do drink water within a 2-4 hour period?

3.) What would I weigh after using the restroom?
(Yeah I know it's strange test to do that but the excess loss of water from body does have an outcome difference.)

4.) What would I weigh in the afternoon?

5.) What would I weigh in the evening?

6.) What are my measurements before I eat or drink anything?

7.) What are my measurements after I drink or eat something?

I've discovered at least for me that the body cycles through 4-5 lbs of water weight per day both storing and eliminating.

I also have noticed the stomach bloats out 1-2 inches when full from consuming.

Best time to weigh yourself is to weigh in the morning before you eat or drink anything.

Topic Question:
Has anyone ever tried this test before like I've just mentioned?
