Did you meet your fitness expectations? Goals?

For me I've come quite a long way from where I started.

Examples:

Running:
6 min/mile
(Started at 15 min/mile.)
Longest Distance: 10 miles
Average: 4 miles/day minimum.

Pull Ups:
20-24 [Varies day by day.]
(Couldn't do any starting off.)

Bar Dips:
100 (10 sets X 10 reps)

Push Ups:
100
(Starting off doing about 40.)

Ab Curls:
100
(Starting off doing 30.)

Burpees:
100 (10 sets X 10 reps)
(Started out doing 10.)

Swimming:
80 laps X 50m (1 full lap) = 4,000m
[Est. 2.3 miles. Started off doing 10 laps.]

I feel like a Greek God.

    Looks like you may need to invest in a weight vest for your pull-ups and push-ups, to make it more challenging!
