I just ordered Rockin Body, and am looking forward to something fun! I typically workout using a step or my elliptical machine, but it is soooo boring. I need to find a way to make exercise fun, and I'm hoping that dancing will be the trick :)

I know exactly what you are going through! I am 5'3, started at 206 and just hit 129. I'd really like to hit 120-125, but my friends are telling me to stop where I am at. The BMI is not the most accurate tool, but the weight ranges are based on your frame size. I am 5'3", and according to the charts I should weigh anywhere from around 100 lbs-140 lbs. I have a larger frame, so a good weight for my body type is 130-140 lbs, but I am sure for small framed people 100-110 would be more…

It depends on your frame size. I am 5 foot 3, and the BMI chart recomends that I should weigh anywhere from 115-140. I have a larger frame, so I am shooting for 130-135.

These look great! I'll have to try them later, but with a little modification. I will be using coconut oil or real butter. Margarine may have less calories, but it is not a real food. Thanks for the great idea!

You look great! We are actually built very similiarly (and have super close stats), but I can see the transformation so much better on you. I am also 5'3, started at 206, and am currently 155.

5'3", barely :) I started at 206, am currently 157, and am shooting for 135. At that point I'll re-evaluate my goals.
