I’ve done mfp for years, and have just started ww. I made goal on mfp, but gained back almost 50 lbs because of a new medication. Yes I lost the weight before, but I’ve also become crazy about adding calories on mfp and I’d like something that I can keep doing after I’ve lost the weight again. I think ww might be it.

Any additional exercise I do (not my walking) I log on MFP and then it all syncs up on fitbit.

I just use hemp protein from Nutiva in my protein shakes. 3 tbsp hemp protein, 1 c almond milk, and a frozen banana. So yummy, 15 grams of protein, and lots of potassium. It works for me :)

Good for you! I am 2 weeks from 41, and I feel better than I have in YEARS! Logging my food and exercise has become part of my daily routine. I don't know what I'd do without it :)
