Go back to your food logs and really look at it. Have you been 100% honest? I know that I can fool myself into thinking that I'm staying on track and be shocked when I weigh myself. I have to be totally honest with myself and my food logs in order for me to lose the weight. Just a thought...

Hi. I've just started using MFP in the last couple of weeks. I definitely need some support! I'll do great for a couple of days and then I suddenly lose my motivation and focus. I'd love to have a support group that I can rely on to help keep me focused and motivated.
