Hi!
This is the first time I've written on something like this but I read the topics all the time and hope u can help me! I've been exercising for about 6 months now 5 times a week, I gained half a stone in muscle but now want to loose body fat to be lean and defined! I'm 5ft 3 and weigh 122lbs, I think I only need to loose about 4-6 pounds but can't seem to shift it! I stocked to 1400 cals to begin with then reduced to 1200, I make sure I have this even with burning cals. I am very varied in my exercise, I do pilates, weights, swimming, kettle bells and cardio. I always make sure there is a protein with each meal, I have a slice of wholemeal toast with peanut butter at 6.30am after a workout with a shake, late morning oats berries and Greek yog (fat free) then egg salad and for tea a fish with veg and sweet potato with fruit snacks...... Where am I going wrong!?!?

Maybe you should focus more on body fat % and less on the weight on the scale. Do you know your body fat%?0

Go back to your food logs and really look at it. Have you been 100% honest? I know that I can fool myself into thinking that I'm staying on track and be shocked when I weigh myself. I have to be totally honest with myself and my food logs in order for me to lose the weight. Just a thought...0
