Water is key. to kickstart things - IN the past this has worked for me: 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar (the raw kind by Braggs) in room temp water. take a deep breath and chug. Thanks for your input everyone. I feel less worried. Yes with those few inches lost i feel a lot more energetic and kind of have an attitude "slowly but surely".
