I'm on day 15 and down 5 lbs so far! I am only doing the workouts though, and staying around 1400-1500 calories a day with the 40/30/30 carb/protein/fat ratios.

I fractured my 5th metatarsal the end of June and I still have not been able to run! I'm not sure if I'm able to but I still have pain in my foot just from walking so I'm afraid to try running...
