  • Looking for clarification, on the intermittent fasting program. If I’m fasting for 16 hours, say from 7pm until 11 am. Can I have coffee with some half and half before 11 am? Thanks!

  • Go see the doctor, don't just call. It is better to have an actual exam and know what is going on, it could be hormone fluctuations, but your doctor can't diagnose over the phone.

  • She's a brute! I thought I was in shape, and I would do level 1 and follow up with level 2, for a better workout.....I stopped at level 1. The moves are simple and easy to follow. but I thought it was pretty intense.
  • Go for the tat, to justify spending the money you earned might make it difficult to actually part with, ,,for an item you might later see as being a luxury (the tat).   • hi, I am a nurse too, and I really find it helps me if I plan my food, and bring a sack lunch. Hard boiled eggs, slimfast shakes and the bars, fresh fruit, bottle of water. You just have to organize yourself. Good luck souchie

  • Good Luck, When I was quitting, I found that eating a dill pickle spear or brushing my teeth helped get me through that urge to smoke. Also when I reflected just how many hours it had been since I last smoked, I took pride in the length of time that had passed.... regards, honolulu
