  • Hi, I am just now starting my 6 month supervised weight loss and have my appointment with my primary doctor next week. I will attend my surgeon's seminar the end of June but will stick with my PCP for the 1st 2 months of supervision then transition to the nutritionist at the surgery center. Good Luck!

  • I have both Atkin's books and its 20 net carbs, which is different than total carb count. Net carbs = total carbs minus fiber grams. Hope that helps! I just started along with my sister and nephews. In about 2 weeks, we've lost a total of 36 pounds (4 people). This has been the easiest diet I've ever tried.
