Thanks everyone. I should have said I have been cleared by the doctor and physio to exercise (starting off slow, and not high-impact). I have some exercises to do for the abdominal separation, it's less than a finger width apart now so really mild). I do go for a walk a few times a week but it doesn't feel like exercise...…

Sorry... I know you mean well too but what people are talking about when they say this is volume. A pound of fat will be larger than a pound of muscle. Obviously they weigh the same. On the other hand, 10 square inches of muscle will weigh more than 10 square inches of fat. If someone does insanity, builds 1lb of muscle…

I don't understand how the resulting can be lean if you are mixing it with beef FAT?
