yep.. slow down - or switch out.. swap 2 of the weights and cardio days for core work (yoga, pilates type core work) you'll improve core strength, build lean muscle and give your body time to recuperate 5 days on the spin of heavy weights and cardio too much, specially if you keep ramping it up.

spirulina powder? I eat no meat, fish or dairy, do heavy weight training and swim a good few miles per week so have to seek out protein wherever I can get it... It tastes like pond water, but zipped through some soya milk (or milk if that's your thing) with some frozen berries and a bit of banana it's filling, good for you…

Surely there's no logic in this? it takes way less time than the extra exercise necessary to offset the poisons you're putting into yourself in the name of convenience

ready meals will not just be packed with salt, but also more sugar.. huge contributory factor in visceral fat. I wouldn't touch a ready meal with a barge pole, personally.
